ENGINEERING

We provide Engineering services including pre-bid engineering, tender support and detailed engineering. We also undertake modular design and construction engineering to support our Clients in Oil & Gas industry. In addition to the above we also serve power industry with Due Diligence of the assets, DPR, Feasibility studies, Owner’s Engineer and detailed engineering. We also witness to certify PG tests and Reliability run of the power plants of both fossil fuel based and CCPP.

EXPEDITING & INSPECTION

We support Client to meet demanding project execution requirements including ensuring quality of final product and delivery timelines. We create necessary environment such that Client has full visibility of the ongoing activities at vendor/supplier premises. Also support in developing quality requirements for projects and
assist with stage inspections.

CONTRACT / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We support Client in contracts monitoring, assist with project cost controls and day to day Project Management activities. Project planning and project controls support activities are carried out as specialized activity by deputing necessary trained resources to Client’s Project siteand base offices. Monitoring of the critical path and suggest suitable mechanism for crashing of the schedule to achieve project completion in time.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

We support Client with construction management including provision of necessary supervisory manpower for construction planning, construction monitoring. Our resources for construction management possess industry specific knowledge and come with wealth of experience. Our team is safety conscious and adhere to safety practices
